Glad to see that d-bag took down that 1 star rating.. it was uncalled for these guys are great. The customer service they provide is on a completely different level of what is around these days. I got a bong (premium quality, best price), however I didn't really like it as much as I thought I would... I tested it with water and almost dried it completely and thought eh .maybe I'll give it a shot. I went in and told him about it and he said he would gladly tale it back in exchange for a different one but since I put water in it he can't unfortunately. But he said he would give me 50% off any other bong! So I got another. I mean who does that!? Exceptional customer service I can't say it enough. Thank you guys. You have a customer for life.

First time to this smoke shop and I must say it has by far the best customer service I have ever experienced at a smoke shop. They went to great lengths to make sure I was satisfied with all my purchases. I cannot say enough about how great this place is and the people here are cool as hell. I am going to be recommending this place to everyone I know and it and I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. This place is a model for how businesses should be run.

Great quality products, glass is well made. Also have THE BEST prices in the valley that I've found so far. Great customer service, are willing to work with people.... Definitely recommend👍🏼

I’ve been coming to this store almost since the 1st time I came to Spokane. Wasn’t a huge fan of the other vape shops and this is the only one I go to now. Great prices, seriously I got a massive hookah vape for 35 bucks. And not to mention the staff are always in a good mood

The staff here is always super helpful and always willing to accommodate. Always has good products in stock. Love this place, I won't go anywhere else!! I'd give 10 stars if I could!!
