The ladies in this place were very rude to me. I came in asking for an 18mm banger, she asked which angle I needed, I thought she was referring to the neck which wouldn't affect my rig set up but she was actually talking about the bucket angle. She acted like she was smarter than me so I matched her energy and was quite rude back. Im sure these ladies will remember me, purple hoodie Spokane Chief cap. In the future dont act like you're smarter than people and be kind. She also didn't even offer me my reciept lol the only reason they got my 5.00 tip was because they still sold me my piece after I matched her energy. Do better Culture House ladies

Sold me a malfunctioning lookah dragon egg. I asked for the opinion of the clerk and they swore it was the best besides puffco. Only worked for a week. Wasted $100 and the people that work here are not very knowledgeable of their products. Avoid this place when it comes to smoking accessories.

Im not 2 starring for their personal review. There great, there coffee is the best and their staff is fabulous. Im writing this for whomever recently bought it and decided to change a few things. 1st. Who gets coffee at 10am. The coffee shop is one I have been going to continuously in the morning, and not just me but so many customers. I rave about the coffee and breakfast sandwiches but I have had to switch up coffee shops because 10am is a little late. As I am sure many customers have done already in the short few days youve made this change. I even waited until 10 today because I wanted a coffee, however, I got there and with the hour changes there coffee machine wasnt even ready, they had a customer already waiting and a door dasher waiting...not good customer service, but its not the baristas issue thats a store hour issue...I really hope you change back once you realize alot of people go, even customers that dont partake in the cannabis area, they enjoy the coffee shop and baristas. 2. One person! The staff were so quick and friendly changing to 1 person In my opinion not the best decision, cutting hours when people already can barely make a living and not caring about wait time for your customers just says you want people to take their business elsewhere.

The counter lady, Ivy, told me she could give me 10% off since my birthday was the day before. My girlfriend was with me and can confirm this. Ivy even convinced me to sign up for their rewards program since it made sense if I planned on coming back. The problem: I made a $63 purchase and was told I’d receive 10% off, but Ivy forgot to apply it. When I asked about it, she said to come back Tuesday at 11 AM when her manager would be there and the partial refund would be taken care of. I was sick and couldn’t make it Tuesday or Wednesday, so I went in Thursday instead. The manager at the desk was completely unhelpful. She even called Ivy, who backtracked on her original promise. The manager claimed Ivy was talking about “using points” for 10% off—but after checking my rewards balance, I wouldn’t have had anywhere near enough points to get that discount. So at best, this was a clear case of misinformation, and at worst, a bait-and-switch tactic. For facts-based people who don’t want to read the whole thing, here’s why not to shop here: 1. Birthday discount promised, then not honored. 2. Staff instructed me to return for a refund that was later denied. 3. Manager contradicted what the employee told me. 4. Employee backtracked on her own statement when manager got involved. 5. Rewards points excuse doesn’t add up based on my transaction history. Edit: My girlfriend also reminded me that the dispo side of the building recommended we go ask about the “10% birthday discount,” which further confirms I didn’t just imagine it.
