Absolutely love Lilac City! Between the knowledgeable staff and amazing new owner who is actively on site, I’ve been coming in here weekly for years and leave with what I was looking for every time. Mike (new owner), cerena, and Brian always welcome me and anyone else that comes in with a smile and I always leave wanting to come back.

Love the owner and employees here. Hard to find a place that has the knowledge like I do or more being that I ran a vape shop for a decade. I have had great interactions every time I've gone in to restock. Good product variety and people that can answer your questions as well as having good feedback on juices. You guys rock thank you L.C.V. team. We will be back!😁

Just started vaping and the owner was actually super nice and patient with us and helped tremendously in picking a vape that is best for us. definitely my go to store now 10/10

Great little shop for all your vape needs from accessories, vape juice, salt nic, rigs both small and large. Excellent selection of geek vape brand units. Good selection of flavors of all kinds and brands. Very helpful staff, Brian was able to find me just what I needed to get my rig back up and vaping. Their prices are also really good considering the recent massive tax increase. They are absorbing the cost for the consumer and making it so people can still vape at an affordable price. Great little shop I would recommend to anyone.

**READ BEFORE GOING** All of the old friendly employees are gone:( the new ones give me weird and unprofessional vibes. The store today is not what it was a few years ago.. I went in today and they don’t have disposable options, and all of their staple brands they carried for years have been cut in half or cut out completely. So I asked questions.. Well it’s sad to say, but today I discovered that lilac was bought out and is no longer owned by Brad. The new owners are very young, and seem enthusiastic but are very hard to work with. I met the male owner first, and let’s just say that trying to get a word in is impossible as it seems that he only listens to the first word you say so that he knows how to best cut you off mid sentence. What started off as a simple couple questions about the store became a 20 minute long session of the owner mansplaining vape information at me(half of which was inaccurate information). And then I found out that they are trying to become fully AI integrated?? Also I wouldn’t recommend going inside if you don’t want to smell like weed, the last several times I’ve been in there has been a reeking odor of marijuana which almost set off my asthma last time😬. I wouldn’t recommend going to this vape shop, from my last 3 visits the biggest thing I’ve picked up on is that the owner is more interested in a conversation slandering vapor lounge and their business model, than talking about how lilac plans on making a comeback. Sad to see one of my favorite spots for the last decade fall down.
