⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Vapor Lounge. Every time I stop by, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. Recently they helped me put my vape together and made sure everything was working correctly before I left. They took the time to answer my questions instead of rushing me out the door. A special shoutout to Erik for being incredibly cool, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. If you’re looking for a vape shop that actually cares about its customers and goes the extra mile, Vapor Lounge is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Huge shout out to Erik! Came in to grab a vape, I usually stick to brands I have already tried. However, Erik suggested different disposable vapes and had high knowledge about each brand he suggested. This one he suggested Cola Slush by HorizonTech, I definitely took a huge risk! I love Cola slushies, but have never came by a vape that tastes exactly like one! He did well with this suggestion for sure. And he offered me some water. This is the only Vapor Lounge who had a teammate who makes you feel welcomed and ensures you walk out with something you are happy with. Customer Service isn’t top priority in most people working these days, but with Erik, it comes naturally with him! Thank you, Erik! As a Psych nurse, I can for sure say, we need more people like you spreading love and being nonjudgmental at the first sight of a person. Thank you for being you!

Fantastic, very knowledgeable about the products, great upscaling new products. Very friendly, acknowledge me and others coming behind me right away. Didn't rush, hooked my new parts and pieces together for me. Much appreciated, and kindly offered water to me and my dogs. I prefer this store over the Vapor Lounge Stores because the employees and definitely over the other vape stores who crowd thier stores with other products not related to vaping, for me anyways. Eric was pleasure to talk to as usual. Keep him around!

Bean was amazing! I accidentally left behind my brand-new juice, and he truly went above and beyond to help me out. He also cleaned our vapes really well and gave us some great advice. Excellent customer service and such a helpful experience overall!

Had a great experience going into the Hamilton location. Erik really knew what he was doing and helped me get set with everything I needed. I’d definitely recommend visiting that location!
