If you’re looking for the best vape shop on Francis, Vapor Lounge absolutely stands out. Ellie and Justin provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about everything from vape devices and disposables to flavors, coils, and accessories. Ellie took the time to answer all my questions and made great recommendations without making me feel pressured, while Justin was extremely helpful and made sure I understood all my options before making a decision. You can tell both of them genuinely care about helping customers find the right products instead of just making a sale. The Vapor Lounge on Francis has an awesome selection, a great atmosphere, and employees who actually know their products. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Huge shoutout to Ellie and Justin for making the experience easy, informative, and enjoyable. I highly recommend Vapor Lounge on Francis to anyone looking for a reliable vape shop with knowledgeable staff and excellent customer service.

Amy the manager was top notch to deal with! I was there about 15 minutes before opening. Amy was setting her signage up outside and saw me waiting. Not only did she let me in early but she saw me and hustled over to help. I had a meeting to be to and she helped me fast and was very nice to deal with. I made my meeting on time and got what I needed. Thank you!!

Saul was very nice. I walked in and he immediately greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing today. I asked him several questions about some products and he was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I was making my decision. It was a very awesome experience and will come back to Vapor Lounge and will tell all my friends to go there too because of his service. You guys are lucky to have him as an employee. Thank you and have a great day!

Always come here for what I need for their prices and variety. Shout out to Ellie for always helping me get what I need and recommending products I like.

I showed up to the west Francis Vapor Lounge at 8:40am. I expected to wait the 20 minutes until opening. However, to my surprise, the employee waved me in to get me taken care of. Amy was amazing!! She gave me a recommendation for a different flavor Hyper Bar that was great! I would have never tried it without her recommendation. Thank you, Amy!!
