Love this store! I go to the Wellesley location constantly and everyone is super friendly! Alyson is usually the one to help me and she and the other employees at the store are always polite and helpful and she’s always happy to give you honest reviews and feedback on the products to help you make a choice! Kinda hard to find the pods for the vape I have but they seem to have just about everything at least that I’ve ever needed!

O.M.G!! Julie, the Manager?, She was amazing! So, like, I love the Yovos, because you can also use the pods on Fogger batteries, but she, in her infinite wisdom, shared information about the flavors for brands that I never thought would taste good but were actually great AND showed me their newest disposable, Evr, which i can use on my Yovo and Foger batteries! 🤯Now I have Even MORE flavors to select from! I'm definitely making the Shadle store my go-to! Great costumer service and lots of laughs!!!

Julie the Manager helped me and she was absolutely amazing!!! So personable, and upbeat her positivity is infectious like her smile. She is very knowledgeable and helped suggest a Voo Poo Drag 4 (last year’s model)box mode which is on sale for $19.95 so they could get the newest model of Drag 5. Leah is also very helpful and suggested some juices that she really liked! Thank you ladies for your help and input on everything! I will be back I most definitely!

I had a great experience at Vapor Lounge! Bella helped me out and she was amazing. She was super knowledgeable, friendly, and really took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. She made the whole process easy and comfortable and answered all of my questions. Customer service like that really makes a difference.
