Fully admitting that I don't vape, every time I pull into this parking lot to grab dinner, this place catches my eye. Not because of the nice people here, or their amazing selection, or anything else people have noted on previous reviews. But just the shear fact they vape here INSIDE here and do it SO OFTEN the windows are completely coated. It's just disgusting, take some pride in your shop, clean the windows. It's very much looking like the new age "smokers yellow." Barf.

I haven't been vaping long but I have checked out many of shops I love this place the girl and cute guy behind the counter are super nice and very helpful if you vape you got to check this place out I garantee you will like it when you go try the banana bread flavor out it's awesome

My feelings are mixed. I’ve spent a good amount of my money here, and for the most part my experiences have been positive. Recently I purchased a bottle of juice based on a recommendation from one of the staff and it just did not taste right to me. I asked to have it exchanged for something of equal or lesser value and was told no. I understand that they have to have a policy to protect themselves- but it could have been done as a one time courtesy to show appreciation for the amount of money I spend as their customer (I’ve purchased 4 bottles of juice as well as a mod in the last month) but I only buy my products at the this store and it just seems like it would have made more sense to swap it out and keep me coming back. Especially as a one time courtesy. Now I am going to be taking my business elsewhere. Honestly, had they done the exchange this would have been an easy 5 star review and I would feel no need to look for another store. It’s the positive Experiences I’ve had with my other purchases that make me mark this as 2 instead of 1 star. In short, if you KNOW the flavor you want and are okay with not being able to work something out if you don’t like it, it’s a great shop. No complaints on any other department. If they did the one time exchange I would be near fanatical about how positive I feel about this place. EDIT: Based on the coy reply of the owner, I’m dropping the review down to one star. I wasn’t frustrated, just disheartened by the shop not working something out with me. But trying to paint me as a frustrated customer who elected to buy something entirely of my own volition without the suggestion of their staff when I clearly wrote that I enjoyed the business in every other aspect really put an even worse taste in my mouth than the mediocre product from juice head did. Definitely not returning now. Sucks too, because I did enjoy spending atleast 30 a week here.

Went in to get information and the woman that assisted was amazing. Her name is Rhi and she was not only helpful but knowledgeable on the products. It was refreshing. Thanks girl

My partner bought her vape here so I thought I’d drop in to see if I could find a replacement for my box mod. The gal that helped me was super helpful and provided a few options I could go with. She was even willing to bargain on a mod with no tank. I ended up going with an option elsewhere, but I feel like this shop deserved a hi 5 for being super cool and helpful.
