My husband and I come here often and really enjoy the variety of products they have to offer. The Hispanic guy (I believe it’s Alex?) is always very informative and it’s nice to see the customer service he applies to everyone that comes into the store. Good people do exist.

In a time when great customer service feels rare, this shop truly stands out. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful when it comes to vape and smoke supplies—it makes a huge difference. I especially want to give a shoutout to Alex, the new weekend guy. I really hope you keep him—he’s a great addition to the team. He’s patient, attentive, and takes the time to make sure everything is right, even when it takes a little longer. That kind of service doesn’t go unnoticed. #Jennifer not Jenny!

The staff is nice and professional. They are knowledgeable about their products. They offer a great selection along with great prices. I go there every week.

There has never been a time when I stepped into this store that Alex and the boys didn’t get me what I need. Huge selection of vapes and other items, and best prices in town. Friendliest people in town.

The customer service here is terrible. My first experience here (about 6 months ago), I also got hit on by the ginger guy. Thankfully haven’t seen him since, but the Hispanic guy who’s usually there these days isn’t much better. He’s incredibly rude & talks over you. You ask about one thing & he tries to upsell you something else. Then he gets upset when you say no, don’t let him continue talking over you, & stick to what you came in for. He gave me weird vibes before but tonight def rubbed me the wrong way. Also super don’t appreciate this place charging $2+ for paying with a card. Can’t expect too much from a vape shop, but you guys can do a lot better than this.
