Edited to say, management made it right and took care of me! Thank you! Came in two days ago and guy couldn't be bothered to help me. Simple question was jusy too much. He also gave me incorrect info so I spent $30 on something I don't even want.

Have been out of smokes all day and had to go pay some bills and get my errands done! Seen this business and thought, why not stop, they carry my brand! So, I went into this shop to buy a carton of King Mountain Full flavor 100's Cigarettes. The guy said they only had Kings and so I told him no Kings and asked him for all the 100's he had in single packs which would have been 8. He told me he can't sell me all of them because there is a limit and that he has to keep at least 1 on the shelf! What a crock of crap!! Needless to say, I told him that is ridiculous and left with out even buying a pack. Lost a paying customer! 🤬

I love this shop, they have a good selection of disposable vapes and cheap smokes. This is my go to place for both. It is only like 5 mins from my house, it is perfect!!! Staff is super helpful and friendly.

I think this place is very nice, they have a great selection of about everything and anything you are looking for. The manager and the staff are very friendly and help you find whatever you are looking for.

I was an extremely loyal customer here but will not be anymore! I purchased a vape and the same evening it malfunctioned, it started hissing and heated up extremely hot and would not turn off, I called the store and the manager just said sorry No Refunds!!! No apology or any attempt to address the issue at all!!! I didn't even ask for my money back, just an exchange. Any of the other Vape shops I go to would have gladly exchanged it especially since it was less than 24 hours from the purchase time. I guess I'll have to make an official complaint and contact Oxbar as well. They are also the only vape shop without a loyalty program, they clearly don't care about their customers, so sad...
