I think the mission statement of this business should be: “Customers suck and waste our time.” Today marked the third — and final — time I’ll walk into this place. I’m a pretty patient person and usually give people the benefit of the doubt, but at this point I’m convinced this level of poor customer service is either trained or tolerated. Totally unacceptable. It’s unfortunate because the location is actually very convenient, but eventually you reach a point where you refuse to keep being treated like you’re an inconvenience for simply walking through the door. At this stage, I honestly wouldn’t be surprised to eventually drive by and see a “Going Out of Business” sign — or the place boarded up entirely. “Under New Management” would probably be the best-case scenario.

Every time I’ve come in here for a vape, the staff has been extremely helpful in helping me select what I want. Prices are reasonable even with the recent tax hike, and I always end up leaving with a smile on my face. Thank you guys for being my new go-to for vapes!

At 11:57 the old man that rides the bike ran over and locked the door in my face! I will be putting this horrible customer service on every review possible! I even added the time stamp for the video I took immediately after he did this.

They sold me off stamps that exploded and they wouldn't even refund me and when I came to go ask can I return it they just took the off stamps and didn't refund me or anything. They didn't even let me take back the fire hazard off stamps. And they took my receipt and didn't give it back

Just bought three puff bars they all turned out to be counterfeit. Don't buy puff bars here!! They all burnt after 3 hits that's why checked. They are already overpriced and the fact that it's not even the real product infuriates me
