I’ve been shooing here for under a decade buying oil and grass and frequently coming into the glass portion for things. Today I had to buy a 45 degree angle 14mm bucket for my new bong. The lady was amazing helping me and her machine was having issues and she gave a discount for it. But when I got home about 20 minutes later and pulling it out of the bag and plastic bubble wrap I noticed a big crack in the side of the deep dish bucket. When I called them up and tried talking to someone all I got told is sales is final. I buy glass all the time and I know sales are final. That’s why I record opening up items. It’s damaged before I got too it and they wouldn’t work with me on anything other than the same discount I got for a new one. Terrible service. Make sure to double check everything.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL EVEN IF THEY GAVE YOU THE WRONG THING. I wouldn't recommend buying any devices here. I also wouldn't recommend buying any coils for your devices here. The lady sold me the wrong coils for my device and when I tried to exchange them she said they didn't have any for my device and wouldn't refund my money. I didn't pick the wrong coils they picked and sold me the wrong coils. I'll take my weekly spending elsewhere from now on.
