First time there...the cigar lounge is amazing..you have to check it out! Prices are affordable, the owner there knows his cigars!...this is a must see and visit store

Fantastic experience here!! Great selection and awesome lounge! I’m new to cigars and the staff there are so knowledgeable and so great taking their time to explain the different types of cigars as well as having sheets explaining their own blends that helps with your selection. Prices are great and the lounge atmosphere is top notch!! They have 4 big screens to watch the games in!!! Stop and check this store out, you won’t be disappointed!!! If I could give it ten stars I would!!

Visited Beckley location for the first time yesterday. Spoke to Chuck who gave me a great tour of the humidor. Very excited to try their specific blends. Awesome place! Even though I'm from out of state, I'll be ordering from the on line store and visiting the other locations in my travels.

Nice selection of cigars. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Best cigar shop and lounge I have ever been to. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Their humidor has something for everyone. The Destino line of cigars are very good and I recommend you try them, you won't be disappointed. The lounge is very inviting and comfortable. Everyone does their best to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Whether you are new to cigars or a veteran cigar smoker. Great people, wonderful cigars, and great conversations are to be found at Destination New River. If you are looking for great tasting cigars and want a comfortable place to smoke a cigar this is the place for you!
