Bought a product was given a receipt with product “with nothing stating no return” bring it in less than 15 mins in the same condition “unused but turned on” they denied to refund my money. Will be opening a small claim at the court house!

I was happy to see a smokers friendly. I wanted incenses for my week vacation in Fayetteville. Grabbed a couple hands fulls after being stared at with no greeting when I walked in. Almost proud to not greet like I always say, like melanated people just now how they are treated lls, I brought my products to the front and man my age left the store once I approached the counter, the older lady asked do I know how many I have, I said nope and said I will help you count. She seemed a bit relieved not to do her job plus I wanted a correct amount. When people ask they will either under or over sell you so I was already at my limit of ignorance for the day so I just helped. Told them have a blessed day and bounced. Remember this is my experience in the nations #46 in K-12 education, West Virginia. Education is so important. It will defy all ignorance but it is forsaken with comfortably when you can be comfortable educated but that vision is far from few.

Large variety of products and the people were very knowledgeable and pleasant. Pricing was reasonable.

The workers are great. They have stopped selling ny Kratom but I do go in for their mushrooms. But Sundays show open until 630. I got there at 5:30 and they were closed? I didn't see anything on door saying why. But can someone update the hours it shows your open please. I always forget and go by Google.
