Great staff, good prices is my go too shop..

I bought a 25 dollar geek bar pulse vape yesterday and the battery or something is mis functioning. When you go to take a hit of the vape, it continuously hits 5-10 seconds after you finished hitting it. I called the store and they said they couldn’t refund or exchange it. Very poor service for selling a faulty product and don’t offering an exchange, refund, or some sort of credit towards another.

Horrible service, has defected products take your business somewhere else.

After being tired and Traveling, not knowing what stores are where, new area for me . We had to Google vape & smoke stores near me, i came across many ...but this one stuck, so we Set it on route. I genuinely had the Best experience here First ; coming in The lady working was very Polite & informative She also was very easy to relate to , that made finding the products we needed so much easier. I went here to buy a vape and when I opened it was leaking everywhere and when I came back in a few minutes letter they tried to tell me I didn't get it there DONT GO HERE the costumer service was terrible and he was even yelling at me saying no refunds and that I didn't buy it there when I came back in a few minutes after I bought it GO SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE
