My favorite store in all of Martinsburg and Inwood UPDATE: 11-5-2025 1 STAR. IM DONE.. For the past couple of weeks this store has been giving me some headache due to the constant issue of the pricing and it's inconsistency.... I've been coming to this tobac but for about 2 years now almost every single day and I've always been treated amazingly and almost always given a better price than what scans.. but recently to be specific the past 3 weeks I've been given a headache due to the inconsistency of pricing. And to be even more specific lol the past 6 days in a row I have gone and bought this particular pack of supplements that for 6 days was sold at $25+tax and yesterday THE Manager was the only one there and rung me up for $10 higher?!?!... I was like my man I've been getting these for 25 the past 6days and he responded with WHO sold them to you for that and they shouldn't be doing that we pay 28 per pack why would... I then said idk man even the employees have called you to confirm it's ok for them to sell them at 25 and you said over the phone yes and now all of the sudden your given me a hard time?!? So bottom line is this..... I've given this location THOUSANDS of dollars and this was just the last straw more or less. That's the reason I will never be returning to this location ever again To the manager: Bro I kno you know who this is... I went today and bought a 400mg pack of 4, 16 servings by Modus (btw I've been collecting every single pack I've purchased for the past 4months...i currently have 55)for 35 flat... And u want to charge 35 plus tax for 240mg pack of 3, 12 servings???? You told me you need to upcharge 100% to make a profit? Then I'd recommend changing vendors because your getting railed on pricing. Anyway man I wish you and the store the best. Tess is your best employee then that tall younger dude with the afro.. and Terresa or whatever her name is has a horrible attitude issue and should be fired for the amount of complaints I've heard about her and the BS she's given me

First timer here, I had an excellent experience with Miss Bella G. She greeted me politely, showed me the large selection of product I wanted and helped me choose a flavor. Very personable 10/10 would recommend.

Most of the people working here are friendly. But they all charge different prices, it is never consistent. They definitely need to work on consistency
