Friendly staff, but sold me expired by OVER A YEAR JuiceHead pouches that tasted so damn bad I had to buy some mints on my way back to return them. Not only that but I had to drive back only to get told there’s no manager here today so no refund. Awesome! So they search through their entire inventory, can after can after can (horrible look by the way), and all of it is expired. They find one can that’s not expired by a month and a half. I said I’ll try it since there is no other option. I get home and same thing, pouches are all dry as a bag of silica beads, probably tasted similar too, which was absolutely disgusting. I buy these pouches specifically for how good they taste when not expired by a year. I learned my lesson there. Just order online instead of paying 4x trying to support local business. With the price of gas these days me having to go back to the store once already for a $9 can that’s $2 online, only to get told I can’t get a refund because there’s no manager here is wild. I live over 30 mins away, which is why I haven’t been back to return this can I’m now stuck with. Currently ordering 50 cans online for $100 with free shipping.

Terrible vape store. I bought a new SMOK MAG- 18 230 Watt Kit Dual 18650 with TFV18 Tank. The tank was leaking so I took it back into the shop and they worked on it. The tank was not fixed and was still leaking. I took it back again and they said there was nothing they could do and I had to buy a new tank, so I bought a new tank. I later went in with vape in hand and told them I needed a new coil. I showed them the vape and they brought me a pack of the wrong coils. Never going back to that shop again. Employees have no clue what they are doing.

My first time in there was back in September, and it was so comfortable and relaxing. Courtney, Dylan, and Isaac really know their stuff. When I visit and Chris is there, we didn't get an overall friendly feeling, but he does pretty well at guiding us through the info on mods and juices. The selections isn't as great as I'd like for it to be, but it's still a great place to chill.
