Title: Horrendous Customer Service and Unprofessional Behavior I had the misfortune of dealing with Smokers Paradise Tobacco Shop, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite multiple attempts to reach out regarding an outstanding invoice, the shop has consistently ignored my messages and calls. Their blatant disregard for customer communication is not only unbecoming but also reflects their utter lack of professionalism. It's unacceptable for any business to ignore their clients, let alone refuse to pay their dues. I would strongly advise anyone considering patronizing this establishment to think twice. Their behavior speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Save yourself the hassle and find a tobacco shop that values its clientele and conducts business with decency and respect.

Always friendly, and had a great selection of product. Update: prices are jacked up, but no worse then any where else in town..convienece and likeability of the cashier are a big factor too. Last cpl weeks that has changed as well. Overall, if you like the service compared too other smokeshops go, if not. Nothing special

They actually have super amazing deals. The worker that was in there today was 100% helpful the entire time but you could tell if you just want to browse that's cool with them too. I asked a few questions about different products and they made quite a few suggestions and help me get some deals and discounts and even something free! Definitely check them out they have stamp cards where you can get a free vape after making so many purchases. This is always been my favorite vape store in Morgantown. I want 100% say avoid the vape store that is up in the Star City Plaza because they'll falsely accuse you of stealing $2 jewelry that's not even probably stainless steel that they put back in the cabinet and make you wait saying they're going to pull up footage and then stall and give you what you already paid for. That's shady behavior, stay out of that store and go to this one!
