There's usually 2 female employees working when I stop by, Teressa and Morgan. If they give a recommendation its always spot on. Neither lady has left me disappointed, both are educated on the products the store carries & both give honest opinions. Never pushy, always kind, very knowledgeable and just an all out hoot to interact with. I no longer live in Philippi but anytime Im remotely close I try stopping in. This shop is the best, you are treated like a lifelong friend & even family. No matter how I enter the store I always leave with a smile & a feeling of value. Great store with even better employees. I hope the company recognizes those 2 awesome women for all their worth. Any company would lucky to have them.

I absolutely love Smoker Friendly I'm 32 and every time I walk in I'm like a kid in a candy 🍬 store. Great selection of alcohol and smoking products (e.g. cigars and cigarettes 🚬) also rum,whiskey,bourbon, and soda to make cocktails.

A gift for the hubby, as well as a gift for myself.... I experienced fair prices as well as a personable lady clerk... Somas $3.87 a pack. + tax Not bad..... Stopped to see the covered bridge.. convenient.

Friendly, helpful staff, and reasonable prices. If they don't have what you are looking for, they will try to get it!

The people in the store seem to help you want to help you and they have rearranged it and become a lot bigger and they're putting in a new floor it's going to look wonderful for a small little town they try to do the best they can
