I called the hotline over 2 weeks ago...this sweet lady talked to me...she said someone would be calling me...they did, in 3 days, I missed the call...So I turned around and called back, left a message...since then, NO CALLS, NO SUPPORT TEAM, NO HELP ON QUITTING...I don't understand how they brag on being there for you, then they're Not...By the Way, I'm Still Smoking!! THANKS FOR NOTHING!! And If I could give you "-5" Stars I Would!!😡

This quitline is a freakin joke. These people don't give a damn about you quitting or not. I have a 3 month supply of Chantix but I got to talk to these morons before I can get it filled at pharmacy and these idiots probably because there stupid wv hillbillies can't even assist with the preautorization. They don't really care at this place. It's a joke.

Terrible service and the coaches are unreachable. This is a joke and they will not help you quit smoke or using tobacco. Not worth your time!! I had doctors orders that I couldn’t smoke and I have copd and that made zero difference.
