I came to this location yesterday afternoon for the first time in hopes that they had genuine GeekBar Pulse’s since most places in Wheeling seem to have the fake counterfeit ones. I even asked the young kid who helped me if he knew for sure if they were genuine or not and he said that they were the real ones. However, once I got to my car and opened it and compared to my genuine one, I immediately realized it wasn’t. One dead giveaway is the LED screens on the fake ones are very bright compared to the genuine one. Another dead giveaway is to shake it. You’ll feel the inner battery/hardware bouncing around inside slightly, whereas with the genuine product, everything inside is tight and doesn’t rattle around. And the other HUGE giveaway is that when I buy a brand new genuine GeekBar pulse, I can puff all day from 100% juice and by the time the day is over, I’ll usually still be at like 97% juice. The one I bought yesterday evening was already down to 93% from 100 within only like 3 hours and I hadn’t even puffed on it much since I knew it was fake . The juice is also not the same and seems harsher. The battery discharges very rapidly too, and doesn’t charge as quickly as the genuine ones. Overall for $30, I feel ripped off slightly. I don’t look for this to last more than a week.

Always great service, always kind staff, always great prices. I've been coming here since they've opened to get my vape juice and filters and they are always the best. I've been all over the valley and this place is my favorite.

No wonder they have vape liquid sales going on. Their selling expired liquid. Learned my lesson. Check the dates before you buy them.

This place is a joke. Pretty sure most their products are fake and don’t work or clog and when you tell them it’s broken they don’t believe you and don’t help you out what so ever. Won’t be returning back to these scammers who want you to buy broken products and accept it, They also took back the one I tried and said was broken after getting NO REFUND even though they took back their product from me and still charged me for a new one and took 5 bucks off the second one I bought to replace it, they put it back on their shelves after I’ve vapes on it a few times to realize it was trash so they could resell it to someone else
