I've had nothing but Great Service from Gumby's in Elm Grove! They go above and beyond!! It's a shame they have such a turnover with emplyees!

I've been going to Gumby's for almost a year. The crew at Elm Grove Rock for real! Always upbeat a smile fast good service. I lost a ear ringing 😩 and called up the shop, Madison with her cute self going out with a flashlight looking for my jewelry. If that not good customer care, I don't what it. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Thanks Madison & Gumby's

I went into the store to get my regular order of a carton of menthol cigarettes, and everything for me, and my girl was good. But, I remembered, that I told the guy outside, waiting for the bus, that I'd give him $2, for him to take the bus into town, and back. So, I asked the cashier for change from a $5 bill, and she actually had the nerve to tell me, that I had to buy something. Like I didn't just spend almost $60 in her store... Tell me that that isn't some bull crap... I ended up going across the street, and getting my change. So, that goes to show, that you can't expect anyone, from that store(at least), to go above, or beyond, anything that isn't in their job description. God, I wouldn't want her to break a nail. Would it have killed her to just open the drawer? I bet she would have done it for herself, or her family/friends... I guess, it really is who you know, or the latter. LOL. Not cool, Elm Grove Gumby's. Not cool, in the least.
