I went to A-Z yesterday and ended up getting a loon nicotine vape. It ended up being a faulty because I didn’t have a receipt they wouldn’t allow me to get another one even though it was the same day, and how exactly am I supposed to know there vape is a faulty to keep the receipt ..? This has happened to me at black hawks to and they instantly gave me a different one to exchange out. Honestly half of these vape shops give out faultys and don’t wanna do anything about it.

Excellent spot for all vaping needs that are available in Wisconsin. The staff is always very friendly. Prices are very competitive in most cases they cost less than many other stores.

Bummer that I paid $45 for a disposable and I look it up and everywhere sells em at $23.99. I'm not feeling it. Idk how that equals satisfaction. I'm not one to leave reviews but I'm very disappointed. But it's open and used so lesson learned.

The first time I came here the owner was working and he was very friendly and helpful, was also very welcoming, however, if you go and he's not there, then turn around and go to the shop up the street. Every time I go there when he's not there I get the worst customer service! If you see a guy working with a red car in back, don't walk, run from this store as far as you can, I didn't even park before I was getting harassed by this guy, I believe his name is Phil. Idk what is wrong with this guy but he should be fired on the spot. The day I went he made myself and two other customers leave immediately from how rude he was. Owner, please get rid of this guy he's ruining your business!

Prices were awesome!! I went in to buy a 2pk of pre rolls (-which were $9 for 3gs but in Ripon they're $25!!) Phil was super helpful and friendly! I didn't know what I was looking for exactly, but I knew what I didn't want. He was knowledgeable and after chatting for a bit he pointed me in the right direction. Super happy with the results. Hands down my favorite vape store!!😁
