The employees are so kind I’ve been always going here cause they have what I always need, if you have any questions about any product the employees know everything in the store. I love this place so much cause of the great hospitality

Each time I visit, the staff recognizes me by name and is familiar with my usual orders. If an item is unavailable, they proactively check on its restock timeline. Any issues with purchased products are handled quickly and professionally. The owners clearly set a strong standard for customer service, which is consistently reflected in the way their team treats customers.

*update... Shaun called and apologized for the mistake on their end. They sent in the lighter and got it back in two weeks. Girlfriend bought me a butane lighter for me for a gift. It was a $25 lighter. She was told it was a lifetime warranty on it. The lighter only worked until the initial butane ran out. I tried multiple butane cans that I bought from them. Nothing would fill. Brought in the lighter to the store and was told by the shift lead that the lighter was faulty. I was then instructed that they wouldn't do an exchange on the lighter. It was purchased on 4/23/26. Now I have to send the lighter into the manufacturer for them to inspect, which will cost me another $6.95 to ship. That doesn't even guarantee that I'm going to get a replacement. I used to purchase cigars there. I will not spend another dime in that place. Piss poor customer service.
