This station was very busy when we visited. The pumps were clean and windshield wash stocked. The store itself was fairly tidy and the restrooms pretty clean. Probably very difficult to keep everything perfectly clean with so many people coming & going.

When asking why the ollipop wasn’t showing up as free on the pin pad the cashiers response was very snarky and negative. She said “I don’t understand why everyone gets upset. You have a rewards account. You should know that it takes it off after the fact” I asked again “then why doesn’t it show on the screen. I’m not approving a purchase for $7 when it should be under $4” She then kept pushing the issue and complaining and I asked for a receipt to ensure I was charged correctly. This level of disrespect, disregard, and inability to understand a concern is asinine to me. Customer service skills should be readily accessible to all individuals. Simply maintain a courteous and respectful demeanor. Refrain from engaging in argumentative or dismissive behavior towards customers’ concerns. It is important to note that this issue is not prevalent at other locations. It is exclusively associated with this particular establishment. This situation serves as a direct reflection of the inadequate training, coaching, and engagement provided to employees. While it is understandable that after ten years of employment, frustration may arise, it is crucial to consider the potential consequences of such behavior. The loss of customers and revenue should not be the result of such actions. These concerns should have been addressed internally rather than being directed towards customers.

Theis is a very nice store although its a little around the cirner and not visible from the highway. It is well stocked and appears well run. The staff is friendly and helpful. I stopped in on a hot day for a friut smoothie from the machine. I like those as they are a healthier alternative while being cold and refreshing. Last night we had pork chops from there, an awesome repeating sale of bacon wrapped pork chops for $1 each. They are always the cheapest place for butter, bread, eggs, and milk.

I was at this location 6-7 pm. The parking lot was full. This location has a very small parking lot and not enough space to navigate around. The store was well organized, shelves stocked, and the hot spot full of ready to go food. This location has other brands of THC CBD seltzers than other Kwik Trip locations. I couldn't use the bathroom because it was shut down for cleaning. Even the multi gender diaper change bathroom wasn't available. This location doesn't have a lottery ticket machine. I liked the display for the tickets, I think it helps with identifying and easier to rip from a ticket roll. The crew handled the rush for people. The crew was busting their butts.

Really nice Kwik Trip with everything - hot, ready made food, clean bathrooms, energy drinks, snacks, and more. Super friendly staff per usual. Good gas prices.
