Recently had issues with multiple products. Management made things right with me and issued a refund while also giving me some very useful information. I forgot her name but she did a very good job at addressing all issues.

This store is easy in and out. All X-Treme stores are worth the visit. Great selection on products, fair prices, and great customer service. Along with a decent rewards program.

I love, love, love this place. It's a little high priced for my taste but they have an excellent selection of "hard to find" products that takes the shock out of the sticker price. And if that's not enough... the lovely man behind the counter will make both, your trip AND dollar, well worth it.
