I use to be a cigarette smoker. I found this place as a suggestion to helping me get off cigarettes, by vape juice. The fact they can mix the amount of nicotine is what benefitted me the most. I started out pretty high, double digits on nic content, then I stepped down gradually until I actually stopped nicotine and then I was able to stop vaping just the juice. Which is also an option, that part helped me get past the oral fixation. I STILL come to vape n juice on center in Janesville because I buy coils for a mod that I purchased from this establishment for other purposes. Each time I go in the person behind the counter greets me with a big hello asks if I need anything, and lets me shop undisturbed until I ask. I love the welcoming environment, that they do help you and that the people they have working are so knowledgeable on everything they sell. 5 stars and I wish I could rate them higher, they deserve it.

Very nice shop and the guy that helped me (sorry, forgot your name, but we we're the couple looking to move out there) was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Wasn't on the planned trip, but saw the shop, had a taste for a lemonade.....He mixed right up for me, same as if I'd made it myself.... PERFECT. Would 100% recommend to anyone in the area or driving around the area, defiantly worth the stop.

If you don't smoke, don't go here. Plain and simple That being said, if you do then get your booty in here. They've got any flavor you can think of and 3 different brands that have a version of it. The house flavors are also all incredible, doubly so since they will mix flavors if you ask nicely. The staff is always super chipper and helpful. Any time Ive had a vague idea of what I want, they do everything they can to get it to me. I've walked in with little more than "I want something fruity, but also kind of sour, and I need it with ice" and they will go through brands and explain each one happily. I love this place so much.

I love going to this store. They carry everything I need for vaping and other products at amazing prices and on top of that its the only place in town that I receive outstanding customer service every time I stop in. The manager is top tier the way she treats and interacts with her customers. Heading there now for some Black Friday Deals.

7/31/24 Editing my previous review because I can't seem to generate a new one. I just got home from another stellar expectation exceeding experience at vape n juice. Kenzie is another outrageous asset to your business. She's a sweetheart she's bubbly, professional, super sweet, funny, and Incredibly knowledgeable about the products. I'm absolutely loving everything I got today from her. Gosh from the excellent prices that far exceed the competition in Janesville, service, the cleanliness of the business, & the incredibly helpful professional staff. Hands down the best head vape shop in town! I tell everyone I know who Vapes to take their business to all y'all! The new establishment a few doors down is not 1/16th as awesome as your place! I can't wait for my new vapes to run out so I can go see Clay and Kenzie again! Thank you all for being so awesome! ~Jo This has become my new favorite shop to obtain Vapes. I normally go in when Clay happens to be working! He's very knowledgeable super friendly, and has never steered me wrong! He knows I hate grape so when I have questions about strangely named flavors, he always skips over those grapey flavored ones! They have the best pricing if you buy more than one compared to other head shops in town. I now shop this store almost exclusively due to the wonderful variety, outstanding customer service, it's a very clean shop, and the staff is very knowledgeable!
