Had a great experience at Puff Plus Smoke Shop in Kenosha! The customer service was top-notch—super friendly and helpful staff who really know their stuff. The prices are very reasonable, and their reward system, Reward Stars, is honestly one of the best I’ve seen. It’s a nice bonus that adds real value over time. Definitely my go-to shop from now on. Frank is the most honest seller in the city. Amazing products and atmosphere. Kenosha is a small place, supporting this place which is a great way to support the community.

I haven’t had a chance to shop here yet as they refuse to pick up their phone to respond to you at all. I will never go here purely based off this. Horrible customer service
