I love love love everything about this smoke shop.Huge selection and prices are honestly some of the best I’ve seen in Wisconsin/Illinois (trust me I’ve traveled from the fox cites to Chicago for a good headshop). The owner was super nice and gave me a few freebies for purchasing quite a few things in store overall would recommend this smoke shop and visit again :) Thank you so much love all my new trays and will be mentioning you on my YouTube channel ❤️

First time shopping there today. Bought a few cigars including a bundle of Cuban Rounds Robusto’s. After I paid for it, I went to cut one to smoke on my way home. It was so dry it flaked apart just touching it. Started looking at the rest in the bundle. They were all that way. Luckily, one of the employees knows enough about cigars to realize that’s not right and swapped out the bundle right away for one that was properly humidified. Great selection too!

The associate with the blue hair helped me today. She had incredible customer service. I couldn’t catch her name but she’s amazing.

Stopped at a few shops before this one and you honestly can’t beat the prices here! Seems like every time I stop they have deals like buy one get one or 25% off! There was a nice young woman with dark hair that I didn’t catch her name but she was super helpful and patient with my indecisiveness! She explained the products perfectly! She made my day with her excellent customer service and made the place more welcoming and warm! Thanks you guys!!

I should give them a 2 star. Everything is at least 50 cents more than others. I bought a 2 pack of cigars package said $1.29 msrp was charged $1.89 + tax. So i called the gentleman out on the price, and he stated that he didn't know why it said that on package be couse they charge $1.89+ tax for it. I said, "You realize that the mspr is the max you can charge for it right. And walked out. Never going back!!!!!!! Thieves.
