Been a customer for them for over year, I bought a large ticket item. I brought it home opened it up and stress fracture pull it out the box it broke. Didn't even get a chance to use it, spent $126, it was overly hot in the store so uncomfortable I couldn't stay in to shop around. I felt pushed out, the guy didnt go over any policies that I couldn't changed it after leaving the store. I have been to many smoke and head shops. But the guy wasn't willing to open one up or let me play and explore the items I was interested. He said to come back the next day. I work in the morning. I am angry
