Sold me a completely clogged vape and refused to return or exchange. Offered me a 25% discount on another one, which likely would have been defective as well. “All sales are final.” Will not be returning.

Great place to shop. I went in yesterday and the sales associate Jay was very helpful to me, very nice, great all around customer service the entire time i was there. Wow this place is the premier head shop in Madison for sure. The selection of items was so large I was overwhelmed. I was helped by Lauren who was incredibly nice and patient with me while I was trying to figure out which piece of glass was the right choice. I would 10/10 recommend this place to people who are looking for options. A bit on the expensive side, but well worth the money. I'm looking forward to my next visit!
