I've purchased cigars here for over 8 years. Today I purchased a cigar in it's cellophane wrapper with its tamper proof seal on it. I took it out of the wrapper and asked the overly nice female cashier for some matches and if I could borrow a cutter from her. It crumbled as I cut it, I've had very dry cigars before so I figured I'd deal with it. I went out side and used the matches to light it and as i put it in my mouth the cigar wrapper itself crumbled. It quite literally couldn't be smoked. It was in the absolute worst condition I've ever seen a cigar in. This cigar was hard as a rock and literally any place you touched it, it cracked and fell apart. Okay, it happens. I went back to exchange it. The very nice female cashier had asked the short little slow dude behind the counter to help me with it. The same guy that stood in the doorway of the humidor to watch me the entire time I looked at cigars. No one is going to steal your unsmokeable cigars little guy. I showed him the cigar and he examined it in my hand for a few seconds then said "Sorry boss said I can't do nothing for ya." I said what does that mean this thing is terrible. He repeated his very intelligent quote "boss said I can't do nothing for ya." Then just walked away and disappeared like a coward. When you buy a cigar in cellophane it has a tamper proof seal on it. You literally can't examine it's condition until that seal is broken and it's opened. So you trust the shop you buy it from to maintain the quality and to stand behind it when problems arise. This shop did neither. The woman cashier was a really cool person. The little half bald dude has very little communication skills and is a coward. If it's truly your bosses policy to sell an unsmokeable cigar and not exchange or refund it, then your shop doesn't deserve to be in business.

Sent me outta there with a treat for my Dog after my purchase. Oh wait, I apologize, it was FIVE TREATS for my Dog. Yeah I meant to say 44 stars, but ya only get 5. He's already a knucklehead, probably why he loved the visit.... and the walk home 🐺👽🤘

Joe was amazing and very helpful! He explained a lot of things to me and my friend, and assisted very well. We ended up getting three gummies and are about to enjoy our time! Thank you, Joe!

Horrible customer service. I just came from inside and the boss of the whole place was the most rudest person I've ever encountered in a shopping environment. I was in there for 5 minutes looking around, they thought I was a secret shopper or something because I didn't purchase something immediately. I tried to explain I don't spend my money quick and I was trying to look at the product. He actually suggested I go to another shop, which I did and was very satisfied.

I love this smoke shop I come here pretty often!!
