First off I have been going here for over a year loved them they were great. Yesterday I spend $90 on a pipe and at that hundreds of dollars and they didn't do anything if it breaks less than 12 hours later and the manager I spoke withs name was Grace at the odana location is very rude! But then I spoke with Casey at Willy St. Location and he reffered me to their instagram page and then spoke with unknown employee via their Instagram and they suprised me with not only a chillum but I believe it was personally made and was thinking it was just going to be discounted but after calling ignite on Willy St. as their Instagram told me to come in after 4pm yesterday.. So I went in right before close at 8pm. They made a chillum just for me and gave it to me for free!!!! I literally was crying happy tears because not many places would do something like that going above and beyond to keep a loyal customer.... Casey at Willy St location deserves employee of the year and great customer service and a raise!!!! Thank you so much I love it and it's beautiful!!! -alyssa

The women working here are the best, hands down. It doesn't matter what you throw at them, AI or otherwise, they will find a solution with a smile. I've never had a bad experience, and I've been going here since they opened. They're a true frontrunner and local leader in medicinals, and it shows in their expertise and selection. Not only do they have the best selection, but they're constantly improving it – always ahead of the pack.

I love this place! Always great service. The staff here really knows their stuff. It's awesome to go to a place, ask for a product with instructions on how to use it, only to have them pull it out of the box and show me how it works. They also have a great selection of papers and rolling accessories. Some of this stuff I've only been able to find online. Check this spot out, you won't be sorry!

Large selection is main pro, for glass and vapes. Market fair prices, rarely the "cheap" option but not screwing you. Staff is hit or miss to be frank after years of going to both locations, very corporate feeling, one insulted my local shop (well whole town) for some reason... if you want more personable staff if you're picking your "usual" smoke shop, I'd try another, but worth a pop in.

My husband and I love this place! We love their variety of products and exceptional customer service! My friend and spouse moved here from another state and put them onto this shop. They are frequent shoppers like us! Last night, I got to their store only to find out that they are out of this particular item we always get. The cashier Jon was super helpful and very knowledgeable about their products, and recommended another product which was equally amazing! The entire staff is so respectful, funny, and just everything I need. Thank you for your help and awesomeness!
