Great spot for a variety of cigars! They have a decent selection and sell at a fair value. Walked out with some decent maduros and Cuban rejects as well as a few little Kentucky pieces for some quick fun. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful from the get go. They know what they're doing, which is impressive for a store that opened less than two months ago. They also have a deal where you get the seventh cigar free when you buy 6 cigars.

Overpriced and overcharging! I recently visited this place and was shocked to see their hookah mint flavor priced at $19.99. Meanwhile, every other store in Madison is selling the same thing for $16.99. I have a photo of the exact same product I bought elsewhere for $16.99. It's clear they're taking advantage of customers. Given the price difference, I'm sure their other products are overpriced too. Don't get ripped off! Madison has plenty of other stores with decent prices. If you're looking for a fair deal, keep looking.

Great shop, great staff, great experience. I went to this shop randomly on my lunch break. I am always nervous to go in public places in my work attire. Due to the nature of my job, my work clothing is always covered in dust and worn down. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the shop and was given a warm welcome despite my dusty appearance. I looked around for a few minutes when a friendly staff woman informed me of a current sale, which I ended up using. I finally made up my mind after browsing the many options of this store. I notified another friendly staff member. She walked with me to get my items, and we chatted about a few other items I found intriguing in the shop. I got a great deal from the sale and cute items I am very happy with. The shop was extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly, non judgmental, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable leaving with a smile. I highly recommend this shop.

I love Madtown Middleton! Every time I come I have a pleasant experience. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they're always willing to give advice on what to buy.
