Honestly I didn’t know what to expect our first time visiting the place and we fell in love with the place. Wonderful selection of wine and whiskey and other spirits. They were very attentive and super lovely.

A great place for private events or just stopping in for a bottle of wine or a fancy bottle of scotch. The atmosphere is a welcome respite and the owners are friendly and so helpful when picking out the perfect bottle for any occasion, with a taste test frequently! Love it here!

Thelma Carol is an absolute must-visit location for anyone with an interest in wine and/or spirits. My fiance and I dropped by on a slow Wednesday afternoon and had such a fun time chatting with Jerel while trying out some new things. Us rum nerds are few and far between, so it's always exciting when you run into someone to talk shop with! The space is cozy, nonchalant, and inviting, and the selection of bottles is varied and interesting. It's clear that a lot of thought and effort went into curating their collection. They have quite a few things you don't see often elsewhere in the state, and if you're looking for something specific, they're happy to take down your info and see if they might be able to source it for you. This is definitely going to be a regular stop for us whenever we're in Milwaukee. Cheers!
