I had heard good things about this shop, but I moved away. Tonight, I had gone to two other shops in the area and I was met with standard, overpriced pieces and odd atmosphere. Once we walked in, I know we finally found the place! The atmosphere was perfect (for me). Small and not overwhelming, great music. The employees were so kind!! They gave me space till I engaged, which I really liked. Once I explained what I wanted, The dudes paired up and within minutes! They found me something I loved and exactly what I asked for. I asked about another product (A rubber bowl cover to prevent bowl spills) and they said they would look into getting them! I'll definitely be back for that AND they have a rewards program, which was a great incentive and consideration for customers. It's not your typical head shop with the same incense and Amazon bought rolling trays you see everywhere now. These are products of quality and there were some unique rig accessories I noted. It was super refreshing to find and thanks for your help dudes, I appreciate you! (Pictures are after one use, the greens turned pink and I am LOVING the piece)

These are the men and women of the smoke shops on Monona that you wanna support. They have a great selection of herb and mushroom products. I highly recommended 3 brands from here: Road trip, Chapo, and Polka Dot. The Chapo Blanco edibles smack so freaking hard. Not for the feint of heart or low of tolerance. Everything is fairly reasonably priced and the have a good points system. I will definitely be returning.

If I could give a zero i would. This place used to be very knowledgeable, friendly, try to earn your business now they could care less. Ask about glass and get pointed at the cheap stuff. She could not be bothered to do her job. I used to chat with the owners idk what happend but ignite is not the same and its sad.
