If I could give it a negative I would… I went in and immediately the guy working was rude asking if it was going to be a fast transaction. I asked if they had a blue raspberry flavor doesn’t matter what company the guy just flipped open the book and said look in there super rude. I picked out a flavor then my card wasn’t sliding I apologized and he said don’t apologize if it doesn’t work I’ll need another form of payment extremely rudely. I didn’t even want it anymore so when the card didn’t end up working I said sorry I don’t have another form of payment but I did then he proceeded to say don’t say sorry I didn’t even do anything for you. Never will be going back there that’s for sure… learn customer service if you’re going to be working in it.

He was very, very informative. But it took almost an hour to be in and out. He wanted to explain and show and go over everything. Which is great. But I didn't need him to. It literally took 45 minutes to buy a vape and I was the only one there. But he was so nice!

This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad time with this place, the best way to put it was I was treated like I knew nothing, dude with glasses always treated me like I was 5, I spent 5-10min looking at the coil set he just put in-front of my face and then stated “I don’t have all day I have other work to do.” I had to walk out of the store, never going back in the 10 times I’ve gone through out the time I’ve been here has been terrible. I will never go back. Dude with glasses is a total “know it all” in a bad way too, plz watch out.

Excellent Customer Service! They could answer every question i had. When I first went there, i had a mod that had the tank screwed on so tight i couldn't get it off to save my life. The guy was working on it and released it without breaking it! They recommended a different type of tank to buy. I was very pleased with how it worked, until it started to leak out the bottom. Not sure why.. but they took out the old products and replaced them with the upgraded products! Love this place!

Garrett, the owner, was super knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me choose the right juice for a 'sweet' vape gal. Gave me knowledge about juices and coils I hadn't been informed of before. And encouraged me to buy local, which is super important to me. Overall great experience!! I'm loving the "Transmutation" juice, by the way!
