Not sure what the young girl behind the counter's problem is, but she has a bad attitude. I was spending $100 a week on disposables but how much disrespect can one customer take from the same employee? Her attitude is nasty and I can't believe that you would hire and fail to train employees on how to treat customers. Her attitude is outrageous and I wonder how many other customers you have lost because of these young people's attitudes behind the counter? I stopped coming here before because the young man behind the counter wouldn't allow me to bring my service dog inside, they posted a note on the door but yet they had a puppy inside that was urinating everywhere. You people need to get your act straight and learn how to treat customers.

I would NOT advise anyone to shop here! Thank goodness I asked for a receipt, because he charged me over $10 for a pack of cigarettes that I never received! Then sold a $24 bag of tobacco that was dry and expired! My machine won’t even roll a decent cigarette!! Either the machine gets stuck or only inserts half the tobacco, due to being dry, flakey, and the size of table salt. I called and told him my concerns, but he did not give a hoot! Lastly he tried to only give me 60 points, when I was supposed to receive 100 points! There’s another tobacco store 6 blocks north on Howell. I would give them ZERO STARS, if that was an option!!

Great place to shop. Has a lot of variety of quality products and they always look out. Will continue to be a repeat customer

This is such a great store. There is the nicest women their to help you. Decent prices. Very clean I give this store a 10.
