Sam was great. Good customer service

Went in to buy a vape with my girlfriend, the employee was friendly until finding out we were lesbians and the vibe shifted completely. He made an inappropriate comment about our relationship and our intimacy. All the while, the original vape we purchased didn't work and we were given another that didn't seem to work, but he told us to charge it when we left. We're home now. Both don't work. We left feeling very uncomfortable with this experience overall.

Terrible experience I went in looking for a Zippo lighter figuring that a cigar store would have them looked around quickly then asked the person working he said no i said ok so i headed to the exit just commenting that i didnt understand why a wouldnt carry them but not directed at the worker its not his fault. Im halfway to my vehicle and i hear shouting from behind me its the worker angrily yelling at me to confront me for my comment i couldnt believe it. Needless to say i was shocked by his behavior and will not ever be returning if thats their idea of customer service i would hope they go out of business soon nobody needs to be treated like that.

Been going here for a while, the good prices and nice attitudes are why I keep coming back. Still happy with my review
