I have frequented this particular smokes for less for about a year now and I must say the consistency in customer experience is exemplary. The staff always welcomes me when I walk in. They are friendly and always willing to talk about the products if you are unfamiliar.

Their products were never consistent and that got really frustrating. I had complained to an employee once that a pack of gummies I had purchased were really mashed together and gross and instead of offering me ANY kind of replacement or refund, he just stared at me blankly. The manager was literally sitting at a desk not more than 10 feet away. Also, the last time I went in, they said I would get my reward on my next visit, but on my next visit they said they had changed their reward system and did not give me any compensation. That's very poor business practice to me. I'll never go back. This place has really turned into a dive.

The store is always clean. Super nice and friendly staff. They even allowed me to put boxes at all locations for my book drive for the jail. You guys are my go to for cigs and you always have my brand in stock!!! Love y'all

Guy in here over charges me on purpose charges me for things I didn’t pay for so make sure you guys watch ur receipts when u go in I buy the same thing every time I come and spending different amounts same person guy with the dog
