Bought a battery for a vape a few days ago tried to charge it for the first time and it wouldn’t charge I go back immediately they gave me a ring around said we need to speak to the manager that sold it to you they then tried to call him twice with no answer took my number and the ecig and said “if the manager calls you” it’s now been 2 days! Sure seems like they care more about 25 dollars then there clients do not recommend save your money and go to Marley’s

Bought a bunch of Elfbars from here and the murdock store. The new EBDESIGN bars are counterfeits. I tried showing the guy behind the counter in which he showed no interest in looking at them and just quickly said he won’t do anything about it. When you scan QR code it shows a weird name and it will show it’s authentic. Then if you go to the actual website and try to put it in it’s says invalid product. The light lights up in the air hole instead of by the charging port. And the charging port is one the wrong side on the counterfeit. Just beware what you are buying.

Im leaving this review specifically because a employee named kassandra went above and beyond to find exactly what I was looking for in a sea of vape coils. She was very polite , and genuinely wanted to help me. Thank you for your persistence!

I bought this Delta 9, one week ago, it is fully charged and won’t hit. This isn’t the first time they sold me a low quality product here, including other faulty pens and cheaply made costly bongs, that I also didn’t receive compensation for as a now EX loyal customer. This is the first time I dealt with rude, unprofessional employees, “so call” management. STEVEN, refused to give me an in store credit, an exchange or any compensation with a nasty attitude. He sold me the pen and I brought it back to him in tip top brand new condition, full of wax and turning on fully charged, but still not producing any smoke. I wouldn’t shop here they only buy cheap faulty products from their pens, wraps, and even glassware. The customer service also makes this shop a 0/10. Avoid, avoid, AVOID or prepare to loose money and be disrespected as a customer over worthless products.

What irritates me most is when employees are always standing there waiting for me to pick something. I feel pressured to pick a flavor more quickly than taking my time. That's why I don't go as much as I used to anymore. Overall, it is one of the best vape shops in town.
