Dave the person on duty was very friendly and helpful. They have A LOT of various smoke items at great prices. Definitely will be stopping in here more often.

Staff is excellent. Only 2 guys working in this store. They have to deal with things that are out of their control. Call the store if door is locked and I bet you that door is unlocked in less than a minute followed by a guy apologizing to you

Owner over charges for everything, will even try to up the price if he thinks you’re not paying attention. Also doors will randomly be locked during open hours with no note or reason. Extremely unprofessional.

Rude staff. Sold me a can a butane with a faulty nozzle and no working adapters. Wouldn’t let me switch it out on the same day. Physically can’t use the product they sold me.

If your store says you are open 9-9, then you should open! I've been here more than 4 times and the store is closed. I'll go to Berlin instead.
