Love this smoke shop, they have many items to choose from. I will always be a valuable returning customer. It's definitely a fully stocked smoke shop. I will always be a returning customer as long as its in business. I love all the delta8& delta9 products and the incense too, there's so much to choose from and the workers are very welcoming and definitely a comfortable environment to shop all your smoking needs. Love love love this shop, i hope it stays forever in Berlin. Its the only decent, wide selection of all your smoking needs. I Definitely will be back again and again and again lol.

The staff talked me into buying products that didn't function properly, got 5 pre rolls in individual tubes and 2 were empty, and one that wouldn't light and couldn't smoke at all, i was a daily customer and never had a complaint or issue thinking this was an awesome place until i was denied a refund from the merchant for false advertising products and selling empty containers

***EDIT TO ADD*** Wrote initial post a while back and just came back to say I am highly disappointed with the people that get hired here. They know nothing about vapes, delta, mods, pods, flavor, best brands for your money. Clueless. The long red haired lady that worked there was the absolute best and always knew what she was talking about and what you were looking for even if you didn’t. She was the best employee/ manager by far and I hate that’s she is gone. There is a new girl there now that has no clue what she is talking about was more worried about sitting at the end of the case watching 2 broke girls then helping customers. The way I was welcomed was not welcoming at all! I feel like there should be better interview questions in play when hiring people for these types of sales. Just because they did customer service and ran a cash register don’t mean they know anything about this stuff. Would also like to add the price… I get convenience but I just bought 2 of the same vapes I get from the store online for the same price I pay for one. Example for two NEXA online $33 at the store you get one for $29.99 before tax. Think I’ll do more online shopping for them then go somewhere prices are doubled and people don’t know what they are talking about. Have an expensive vape sitting here that we hate because someone there thought they knew what they were talking about. This is the best smoke shop I have been to!!! The people are amazing and they aren’t just trying to make a dollar they will tell you which products not to buy and which are good. They have tried some of the products you are wanting to try and give you the good and BAD about that product!! Highly highly recommend!! Just got this from them last night and I absolutely love it!!!
