People that work here know there stuff, and product they sell. They also do discounts almost everyday! and a reward system!!! They also have very nice knickknacks, and snacks, including their smoke product. Joints, bud, and blunts hit everytime.
Very nice setting! very clean! I see them clean all the time while they work.
they got couches, and room to look around. They also sell name brand, heavy glass pieces. People are very nice, personable, and will chit chat with you. The owner is also super down to earth!

Blue Blaze had a Super Bowl sale on glass 20 percent off. I purchased a piece that I was unaware had compromised glass at the ice catcher. The piece broke clean at the ice catcher when I picked it up from the ground by the neck of the piece. They have claimed I caused the break and there was nothing they could do for me. If I would have dropped the piece it would be smashed into a million pieces. Make sure to really inspect your glass for faults at Blue Blaze.

First time stopping by Blue Blaze and I was seriously impressed. The shop has a chill, welcoming vibe and everything was super clean and organized. What really stood out, though, was the customer service — Destiny was awesome. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all the bud they had in stock and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. You can tell she really knows her stuff and genuinely cares about helping customers find what they're looking for.

I have been going to the shop for a while now and been spending a lot of money. And when I called to see how much something was they told me the manager told them not to say anything over the phone even though I have called them before and they told me prices. I think it's ridiculous that customers call to see about a price and you can't tell them a price but I call other places and they have no problem telling me the price.
