Alex is the absolute MVP at Smoke World & Vape. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and actually listens to what you’re looking for. No pressure, no upselling — just real guidance and great vibes. Every time I’ve gone in, she’s made the experience easy and stress-free. That kind of customer service seriously deserves recognition. Give that girl a raise 👏🔥🫶🏻‼️

The employees at Smoke World & Vape are always super helpful and easy to talk to. They really know the products and take the time to explain things without making you feel rushed or overwhelmed. Every visit feels comfortable and straightforward, which I appreciate. It’s nice walking into a place where the service is consistent and welcoming. Definitely a great experience every time and that’s why I won’t go anywhere else….. Plus Alex and Veronica are the absolute best 🤩.

I love this store so much. Everyone that works there is awesome and really know what they're talking about. This store is so great it's worth going out of your way to go to it. Syn is my favorite and he is absolutely wonderful. I highly suggest going this location for all of your vaping/smoking needs!
