BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I’ve been going to smoke shops for 30 yrs and NEVER has anyone spent so much time helping me find what I needed. I have vapes that I can’t use because people smoke shops usually won’t help me track down what I need, I’m not a vape professional I just vape. The young man who works there will spend the time to get what you need, if he doesn’t know, he will call someone who does know, he just help me get vapes working that I haven’t had working in five years also, their selection of new vapes is second to none. The kid who works there is cool to work with & their selection is awesome. If you can’t find a juice, or a coil or a pod come here they got it and they will take the time to help you find it. I used to go here years ago and it was 5 stars and wonderful, but now.... Very lackluster customer service to say the least. I called in for an item and was immediately met with a "yea we dont carry that" in a negative tone, i suggested said item can be ordered and is a good product for only around $20, yet again im met with such an unfriendly tone "well it definitely wont cost $20 if i ordered it and it would be at least 2 weeks if I even ordered it" to which I responded with "of course, you should mark it up to about $25-30" to which i was met with believe it or not, more negativity. I suggested a Universal Grav Cap for water pipes. Im not sure if you're the owner i spoke with or what but sir, you should really work on how you speak to customers/potential customers, because I've easily dropped $300 in your store in the past at once but I promise you never again.

Love the happy smiles on the employee-s when I make a stop by this shop. Thanks gratitude is the best attitude.
