Went in with my aunt, and owner Mo helped us pick out a good flavor and lower percent vape for her and then we said our goodbyes. I then realized I had left MY vape on the counter in there! So I turn around go back in and made a little joke about having to come buy one since I almost lost it there! The Owner Mo then ask me what flavor and brand it was, turned around a gave me a new one FOR FREE! This was so awesome and obviously great customer service I will be making sure this is the only smoke shop we go to in the future. Thank youuu

Good staff but prices are too high.. smoke factory has the same loss mary pods for $21.00 and if buy 2 you get $10 off way cheaper

Great selection and the prices are not bad. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Will definitely visit again!

very nice staff and stocked shelves definitely the best place to stop for a vape in casa grande. very understanding as well still helped me out with a new refill even though didn’t try it and left.
