Shop was nice and everything was neatly placed, I think the prices were great considering the piece I picked up retails for more online than what I paid in store. My only complaint was the service wasn't very inviting, I was in and out fairly quick because I knew I was looking for a straight tube and this caught my eye immediately but the interaction was a little bland, on top of that the keck clip for the glycerin coil is cracking and is missing some of the end so it doesn't hold great. Doesn't affect the functionality but it would've been nice if that was pointed out to me or offered a small discount for a flawed piece..

The product they sold me was great because it has no affiliation to the Smoke Factory. Do yourself a favor, do your research online and purchase there. Going into Smoke Factory and asking for insight on the products they sell from their employees is like expecting a brick wall to do algebra. The employees here are checked out, just like their only job function, checkout.

So I’m very unhappy I went in bought some camo wraps dude charged me almost 5 dollars and the wraps are dry as hell like how do u shit on people very unsatisfied won’t ever go there again don’t recommend anyone else either

*updated review* Updating my review after a recent trip to the store-knocking off two stars for greed/price gouging. Travel an hour round trip to go to this store just to find out they raised the prices on my usual disposable mods. They were fully in stock and out the door $12 more than what our local guy charges (local guy doesn’t always have the flavors I prefer). Only my usual disposable brand went up in price. All other disposable brands remained the same in price. I know a lot of people like the brand I get so seems like they’ve upped the prices as an opportunity to make more money. From now on I’ll call ahead and if they aren’t ’on sale’-I won’t be coming here. I also buy ejuice here and drop over $100 easy, every time I come here-which is several times a month. I’ll stick to places that aren’t trying to price gouge themselves out of business. On principle alone I will vape on flavors I don’t necessarily prefer if that means I save money. *original review* Always greeted by a friendly employee when I walk in & I’m given immediate assistance. Employees are always helpful & patient. They have a large selection & there’s no pressure when trying to decide. Prices are competitive & they make sure to advise that products are tested by customers before leaving the store, so that customers aren’t S.O.L in the event of a faulty component once they leave (that’s no fault of them but the manufacturer). If a component is faulty-they will replace it at no charge. I’m in and out & have what I need every time. I appreciate the massive selection of products & store hours as well. I drive an hour round trip just to come here.

Very clean, nice customer service and can get just about anything you want 🙂
