Went there yesterday for the first time. What a great experience. The gentleman and a woman that helped me was very knowledgeable with my purchase. They have a wide selection of juice and mods. I purchased 2 Smok X Priv mods. Will be a returning customer. I highly recommend Red Star Vapor. And if they don’t have the color mod you want?!? Buy the purple one!!!😉

I tell my partner frequently that this isn't just my favorite vape shop, it's one of the best brick-and-mortar stores I've ever been to. The staff is friendly, and I don't just mean that they smile and say the pleasant things, they are genuinely pleasant people. They're efficient; most of the time I'm in and out of there in less than a minute and a half if I already know what I want. Anytime I have asked for help making a decision, whoever is on staff at any given moment actively listens. Actual active listening. Processing what you're saying, engaging, and helping. Thanks, folks, I appreciate you.

Was really amazing service they always remember my order and everything every time they come in the store Always have amazing discounts here

I’m in town from Montana and I just needed a place to grab some essentials. I didn’t think when I walked in to this place I’d get met with top shelf customer service from Preston and Israel!! These dudes are are legit! Helped me find exactly what I was looking for on the few trips I made here during my 4 day vacation! Thanks guys I’ll see you next year!!!

I used to like the store until my wife came in. she told me the male cashier was hitting on her. control your employees because customers will not show up there again. my wife says she's never going to go in there again. that made her feel uncomfortable. that's fine you're attractive to somebody but your job is to. take orders not hit on all the women that come in there. my wife's exact words are that's probably why there was no one in there. edit review I didn't say today. I made the review today but I didn't say today in any case.
