I've been a customer with Vapor etc. since they first opened. From the beginning i have had nothing but great customer service as well as products. If there is an issue they want to know so that they can fix it, if the sales team had a rough start they work to make things better so that it doesnt affect the customers or the business. Anytime my mods had an issue they worked with me to do what they can to help me either fix the issue it is havinv or help find a new mod that works better for me. I have never had any issues with this business and will continue to come to this store as well as recommend it to my friends and family.

This place is great. They dont have a large selection of devices but each device that they do have the workers know a lot about them and they were even able to help me fix an issue that I had with mine. Now onto the juices. The juices here are just amazing. So they have the signature juices from the name brand companies and they have so many different flavors. The best part is their house blends. They had over 50 different blends and I spent about 30 minutes trying to decide which ones I wanted to get. I ended up going with 2 flavors and I will be going back again to get those same ones. Even with that the best part is the rewards program. This is one of the few vape places that I found who have a rewards program. With each purchase you get 5% back. After buying only two bottles of juice I get a dollar off of my next purchase. While it may not seem like much it is something and over time it will add up over time. This is a great shop.

They have a nice selection of house blends at unbelievably low prices. The staff is knowledgeable and make sure you get what you want the first time so you don't break the bank with constant upgrades.

My experience was pretty cool Bryce has great customer service ...lots of selection on juice a great stop for coils and mods to..

Vapor Etc has a nice little setup at their shop, with a good selection of vape accessories and supplies. Gianna and Aaron are pleasant to chat with and will help take care of your vaping needs. Also, thank you to Gianna for allowing Safer Arizona to put out our Safer Arizona Cannabis Legalization Act (SACLA) voter petitions. Stop by and check them out and while you're there sign our petition if you are registered to vote in Pinal County.
