Don’t shop here. I’ve been here before while visiting a friend and paid $8 or so dollars more for a vape than I would normally pay at my normal shop. Was looking around for a portable dab straw and ended up here. Sales guy told me that this particular dab straw worked great and that it was worth $59.99. Get gone to try it and burn my lip. Thought maybe it’s user error so I do some research and come to find out that this product retails for $29.99. The whole body is metal and heats up when you try to heat up the needle. It shoots hot dab on you lip and is awful. I was lied to by a sales guy who claimed to love this device and then got scammed. Paid over twice the retail value with tax and was refused any sort of exchange or refund. And no I was never warned or told that this product was final sale. Should I have tested it in the store? I wasn’t even allowed to hold it to know the body was metal. Absolutely ridiculous store policy. Lie to your customers and upcharge 200% with no warning and no refund/exchanges. Drive the extra 5 mins down the road to cobra.

The seller refused to let me hold the item, basically implying that I might steal it. It was completely unreasonable and insulting. I have bought similar products in more than 100 different stores and have never experienced such humiliating treatment. When I pointed out how absurd his behavior was, his response was simply: “I’m American.” That had absolutely nothing to do with the situation. This kind of behavior from an employee is disgraceful. Judging customers by their appearance, acting arrogantly, and hiding behind nationality instead of treating people with basic respect is unacceptable. Maybe instead of judging customers based on appearance, you should look in the mirror first. Making assumptions about who “looks like a thief” says a lot more about you than about the customer. American.
